This is a fight that we must win! UAW members know what it takes to win. When our members at the Big Three faced a collapsing auto industry and a future without jobs, we turned things around. We fought to ensure that our jobs and the future of the auto industry would be secure. Today the domestic auto industry is thriving

Now, workers in public sector unions face unprecedented attacks on their right to the pay, benefits and work conditions they deserve.

Now is the time to join the fight for a Constitutional Amendment in Michigan that will:

• guarantee workers the right to form or join a union.
• protect the wages and benefits that help keep our neighborhoods and communities intact.
• prevent legislators from ramming through bills that take away our collective bargaining rights.
• stop Michigan politicians from trampling on contracts workers and employers have bargained in good faith.
• give Michigan's state employees the right to bargain collectively for the wages and benefits they deserve.
